Freight and delivery

Shipping and handling is free of charge for all orders.
Your order will be shipped by EMS and will be delivered to you within 3 – 5 working days.

Ordering

You can order a free product when you have collected points and registered them to your profile.
Please note: according to legislation PointShop cards cannot be admitted used with products registered as medicine.

Payment

In the PointShop you use your collected points which gives you access to free products.

Return

You cannot return a PointShop order.

To avoid misuse of codes we reserve the rights to limit the number of codes registered within a period of time.
The Point Shop is reserved for private customers who earn points as a result of the consumption of food supplements by the household.
We reserve the rights to reject Point Shop orders in case of suspicion of abuse and will contact the customer.
